Learn the basic rules:

Don't tell anyone that you are ENVYme's Mystery Shopper;
Start inspection only after your application has been approved;
Take photos according to the instructions, they must be of high quality only. Don't use flash or any filters;
Submit the report exactly on the day of the inspection;
If you have no opportunity to make a report, cancel the inspection by contacting out Support Team;
Reviews, complaints, as well as order evaluations can only be left beyond the inspections as a regular customer;
Let us know if you started working in ENVYme clubs.

We were deceived;
You declassified yourself;
You used foul language and behaved rudely or aggressively;
You regularly left applications but did not carry out inspections;
You are an employee of ENVYme bars or you have friends who work for the company. If a violation is detected, the bar rating is reset.

The order that you make during the inspection of the bar or club must be paid for with real money. For a correctly compiled report, we accrue bonuses;
Bonuses are credited to your account in your personal account and are valid for 1 year from the date of receipt;
For checking bars and clubs, bonuses are accrued on Wednesday, next week after the inspection until 6 p.m. in Tallinn. For instance, if the inspection was on Monday, March 1, the accrual is on Wednesday, March 10;
The date of accrual of bonuses for the inspection is indicated in the checklist;
The number of bonuses does not depend on the amount of the order. Estonia:
- For checking the bar and atmosphere:
- - 50 coins.
  - Ticket to any of the ENVYme bars.
- Inspections of the cleanliness: 25 coins.
- For the inspection: in Estonia 1200 ENVYme coins.
- Use bonuses only in the city where the inspection was carried out.
