I. GENERAL RULES

• 1. I would like to receive an ENVYme club card. I agree with the Terms of use of the ENVYme club card. The Terms of use of the club card can be found in any representative office of ENVYme bars or on the Homepage http://www.envymeclub/kartochka_klienta I would like to receive information I agree that ENVYme will use the data I provide for marketing purposes and to send special offers.

• 1. The ENVYme Club Card (hereinafter referred to as the Club Card) is a personal card issued to a private person by BALTIC VA ENTERTAINMENT GROUP OÜ, address Nurga 4 Maardu, reg. number: 14822898, email: estonia@envymeclub.com (hereinafter referred to as ENVY me), which allows the user to earn Bonus coins (hereinafter referred to as Bonus coins) while visiting ENVYme bars and receive additional benefits.
• 2. The club card is valid in all ENVY me establishments.
• 3. Information about the levels of the Club Card and the current benefits is available on the website https://envymeclub.com/kartochka_klienta. ENVYme has the right to change the rules for using the club card. Information about the changes can be found on the website

II. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING AND USING THE CLUB CARD

• 4. To obtain a club card, you must fill out an appropriate application. If the Club Card is issued on the basis of a signed application, it is considered that an agreement has been concluded.
• 5. The Digital Club Card is the property of ENVY me, the right to use which is granted to its user (hereinafter referred to as the Card User).
• 6. To use the benefits of the User, the card must be presented at the time of order.
• 7. The club card is personal, it is forbidden to transfer it for use to other persons. The Employee may ask the Card User to present an identity document for identification purposes. ENVYme has the right to cancel and confiscate the Club Card in case of non-compliance with the terms of use of the card.
• 8. In case of loss or theft of the Club Card, immediately inform ENVYme on +372 56 889 223. After that, the lost or stolen Club Card will be canceled.
• 9. To obtain a new Club Card, the User must contact the ENVYme Support Team. The fee for issuing a new card is 1 euro.
• 10. ENVYme is not liable for damage caused to the User by actions carried out with a lost or stolen Club Card or a card that is no longer in the possession of the User.
• 11. If the User does not meet the requirements necessary to maintain the level of the card, ENVYme has the right to assign the card the level and associated benefits that can be provided to the User under the requirements met by them. In addition, ENVYme has the right not to cancel the Club Card (of a higher level) previously issued to the User, however, in this case, the User is provided with the benefits of the level, the requirements of which they met.
• 12. ENVYme maintenances the right not to issue a Club Card to a client without explaining the reasons for such a decision.
• 13. The User has the right to apply for cancellation of the Club Card at any time by submitting a corresponding written application to ENVY me.
• 14. ENVYme has the right to cancel the Club Card and earned Bonus coins if:
• • a) The User has not used the Club Card for 12 consecutive months (unless otherwise agreed);
  • b) The Club Card was used contrary to the current conditions;
  • c)The user violated the terms of use of the Club Card, ENVYme entertainment rules, or other rules and administrative acts established by ENVY me.
• 15. ENVYme is not liable for damages caused to the User in connection with the cancellation of the Club Card, in cases and to the extent that this disclaimer is permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

III. RECEIVING BONUS COINS ON THE CLUB CARD

• 16. To earn Bonus coins, you must present the Club Card to the bar employee before paying the bill.
• 17. The number of earned Bonus coins is calculated based on the amount of the account and depends on the accrual system in a certain period of time.
• 18. Bonus coins can be used to pay for goods or services in ENVYme, as well as to participate in marketing campaigns.
• 19. ENVYme reserves the right to adjust the number of Bonus coins on the User's card in the event of a system failure, error, or fraud.
• 20. Data about the balance of Bonus coins can be obtained at any of the ENVYme bars or on the website.
• 21. Bonus coins are valid for 12 months after the last use of the Club Card.
• 22. Bonus coins are provided to the User, they cannot be donated, sold, or transferred to other persons in any other way.

VI. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 23. ENVYme has the right to change the current Rules for the use of the Club Card by notifying the Users at least 1 (one) month in advance via the ENVYme website – https://envymeclub.com/kartochka_klienta. The User has the right to cancel the Club Card by submitting an appropriate application if the User does not agree with the changes in the rules. If the User does not submit an application for cancellation of the Club Card within the established period before the entry into force of the changes in the rules, it is considered that they agreed with the changes.
• 24. The laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia apply to these Terms of Use of the ENVYme Club Card. All disputes arising from these Rules for the use of the Club Card are resolved through negotiations, and if an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to the appropriate court of the Republic of Estonia.

V. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

• 25. The responsible processor of personal data is BALTIC VA ENTERTAINMENT GROUP OÜ (Nurga 4, Maardu; estonia@envymeclub.com). Enterprise Data Protection Specialist – Aleksandr Kuznetsov (+37256889223, Nurga 4 Maardu; estonia@envymeclub.com)
• 26. ENVYme processes personal information in order to fulfill the contract concluded with the Club Card Users.
• 27. Personal information requested from the subject in the process of issuing the Club Card is necessary for the operation of the Club Card. ENVYme cannot issue a Club Card if the User does not provide the information necessary for issuing a Club Card. In the event that ENVYme will not be able to process personal information in connection with the use of the Club Card, it will also not be able to calculate the User's Bonus coins and determine the level of the Club Card.
• 28. If the User has authorized the use of their personal data, ENVYme will be entitled to use the User's contact information for the purpose of direct marketing of their products or services. The user has the right to refuse the use of personal information at any time.
• 29. ENVYme has the right to provide information about the User and the use of the Club Card to other enterprises of the BALTIC VA ENTERTAINMENT GROUP.
• 30. Categories of recipients of personal information: shift workers, bar managers, account managers, marketing department employees, security and surveillance department employees, and system administrators.
• 31. The personal data of Club Card Users may not be distributed outside the EU/EEA.
• 32. Club Card levels and associated benefits are determined according to certain ENVYme criteria.
• 33. Personal information associated with the Club Card is stored for seven years after the last use of the Club Card.
• 34. The user has the right to demand access to their personal data, correct or delete personal data, and/or restrict their use, object to the processing of personal data, and to the right to transfer personal information. To exercise their right, we ask the User to contact the bar employees or send an application with an electronic signature to the email: estonia@envymeclub.com
• 35. The user has the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of their personal information to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate by sending an application with an electronic signature to the e-mail: info@aki.ee or by contacting personally at Väike-Ameerika 19, 10129 Tallinn.
